HRA19 Vacant position Vehicle Mechanic
 
Westvaal Group, a dynamic motor dealership group in North West, Free State, Mpumalanga & Limpopo as
well as Gauteng, requires a suitable candidate for the newly created position of Vehicle Mechanic in
Jacaranda.
 
Duties / Responsibilities:
  • Carry out diagnostics correctly, Electrical and Technical.
  • Produce an outcome where there is no comebacks, the job is done right the first time and vehicles
  • are repaired according to a time frame work & service sheet requirements.
  • Develop and motivate your team.
  • Ensure Customer Satisfaction by correctly addressing the needs and accurate remedy of the fault.
  • Complete reqiured administration in the service proses.
 
Requirements:
  • Completed a full Apprenticeship, Petrol and / diesel, in the Motor Trade with N3 Mechanical Math’s
  • and Science.
  • Min Four years experience in Pass Vehicle and or Truck Motor Retail Service Department.
  • Analitical and communication abilities with the skill to apply your knowledge.

HRA04B Vacant position Parts Manager
Westvaal, a dynamic motor dealership group in North West, Free State, Mpumalanga & Limpopo as well as
Gauteng, requires a suitable candidate for the position of Parts Manager situated in Jacaranda.
 
Duties / Responsibilities:
  • the management of the sales, staff and finances in the parts department.
  • Maintain inventory records and implement Franchise Standards in the department.
  • Keep control on all progress and expected time of completion of work, and administrative processes.
  • Promote and implement customer enthusiasm and owner loyalty to develop existing and new
  • customer relations.
  • Lead, develop and motivate staff
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Matric Certificate, Maths and Accounting as subjects would be an advantage
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience as parts manager in a large dealership with proven track record
  • Hands-on Management and self-driven abilities coupled with analysis & problem solving, integrity
  • will ensure further suitability
  • Advanced Computer Literacy
  • MS Excel, MS Word and MS Outlook
  • Competent in all aspects of running a large parts department

  • Ability to work productively in a high pressure environment

Gauteng, requires a suitable candidate for the position of of Receptionist and Cashier situated in Brits.
 
Duties / Responsibilities:
  • Assisting Customers in the reception area courteously.
  • Answering of the switchboard according to company standard and promptly.
  • Capture information on in-house system and keep proper records.
  • Identify discrepancies and report to manager
  • Manage the tracing of information and handling of queries.
  • Lead, develop and motivate staff<
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Grade 12 with Maths and Accounting as subjects.
  • Relevant experience of at least 2 years in administration.
  • Application of Policies & Procedures, computer literate.
  • Communication, Customer Handling, Computer Knowledge.
